What this site collects when you visit it or write to us, where it is kept, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 6 October 2026.
When you visit
The site records how it is used, with a script of our own. For each visit it records the pages you open, how far you scroll, which sections you see and for how long, the links and buttons you use, and the page that sent you here.
With each of those it records your IP address, your browser's user agent, your screen and window size, language and time zone, and whether the device has a touchscreen. It keeps a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage and a session identifier for the open tab, so that visits can be counted. It sets no cookies.
There is no third-party analytics, no advertising tracker, and no data shared with advertisers. Every page, script, font and image is served from this site, so no outside service learns that you visited.
When you write to us
The briefing request form sends us your name, role, agency or organization, email address, the topic you choose and anything you write, together with the visit details above. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a briefing. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share what you send.
Please do not send case details, personal data about others, or anything from an active investigation.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Everything above is stored on servers Astramir runs, not with an analytics or marketing provider. Only Astramir staff can read it.
We keep visit records, server logs and briefing requests for 90 days, then delete them automatically. If you ask, we delete them sooner.
Your choices
Blocking scripts or local storage, or browsing privately, stops the visitor identifier from persisting. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, write to support@astramir.ai and we will answer.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
